Built on the basis of a 964 from the year 1990, this beautiful 11er was assembled.
In 2017, at just under 180,000 km, the conversion began. During this process, the car was sandblasted with dry ice to modify the bodywork and adapt it to the "RS look". Forms for the front and rear fenders were made, as the fenders are 1 inch wider than those of a standard body.
All holes for mirrors and sill covers were welded shut.
The roof, doors, and tailgate are still the original steel parts, but partially modified.
The trunk lid, front fenders, and retractable spoiler were made of carbon or Kevlar.
The exterior color "Leinen-Metallic" is similar to the factory color code 550 from 1989. The trunk, engine bay, and interior bodywork were painted in the same color.
All rubber seals were replaced, chrome parts were rechromed, and galvanized parts were newly galvanized.
The exterior mirrors are "Talbot Berlin"Mirror.
It is equipped with a deeply recessed Momo prototype steering wheel and S-sports seats from the 911 F model (up to 1973).
A 993 GT2 gear shift lever is installed, with an open shift gate and a specially manufactured "vibration disc" to reduce vibrations on the gear lever.
The engine, overhauled for visual enhancement, has a 3.6L displacement and delivers nearly 300 HP according to the performance diagram, which is perceptible, audible, and clearly "experiential".
During the engine overhaul, new RSR valve springs and retaining rings were installed. New housing studs (Dilavar) were used. Overhauled and modified cylinder heads were also installed.
The flywheel and crankshaft were balanced for optimal results.
To complement the sound and performance, a matching M&M exhaust system was installed, which harmonizes perfectly.
The suspension not only features the KW V3 suspension with appropriate damper mounts but also newly mounted front and rear control arms, making it suitable for everyday use and perfect for the street with a "modern tire" and retro Fuchs wheels.
It balances elegance, sportiness, and everyday usability perfectly, and the 911 invites you to get in and drive — which is also facilitated by the existing air conditioning even in hot temperatures.
