The Mazda RX-7 FD is one of the most iconic Japanese sports cars of the 1990s, renowned for its lightweight, balanced chassis, and distinctive rotary engine. This 1992 example provides an honest and transparent basis, accompanied by a detailed appraisal report from Oldtimerfarm.
The paint shows signs of normal use. The underside exhibits superficial corrosion, with points of attention including a leak at the turbo and a non-original rear part of the exhaust.
The interior and carpets are in normal used condition. The pumps in the trunk are worn. The engine compartment is in honest but dirty condition.
Mechanically, maintenance is needed. The belts need replacing, and wear on the engine mounts has been observed. General maintenance and fluids require attention. The battery will need to be replaced soon. The clutch and gearbox show signs of wear; the gearbox can sometimes make a cracking sound in third gear. The brakes and handbrake function properly.

The running gear and suspension are operational.Well, with a slight play observed at the rear right. The tires still have tread but are old (DOT 2009/2011) and therefore have limited use.
