Apartment on the second floor of a new building, large terrace, available in 2027

On the second floor of a new, high-quality residential building, this apartment is being built with a free view of the sea and the town. The move-in is scheduled for summer 2027.

Approximately 78 m² include an open living area with a kitchen and dining table, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The living room opens onto a large terrace.

PVC windows with triple glazing, electric shutters, and fly screens on every window will be installed. The room doors close with magnetic locks, and the living room and bathroom will have electric underfloor heating. An inverter air conditioning system and a lightly tinted glass railing on the terrace are also planned.

Those who reserve now can choose building materials, sanitary equipment, and some details themselves. An outdoor parking space is included in the price.

The house is located on a quiet residential street, far enough from the main road. The center, sea, and shopping facilities are accessible on foot or by car within a few minutes.
