The stone house is elevated and has been completely renovated. The view extends far over the sea to the islands of Brač and Šolta and as far as Split. Here you live quietly and undisturbed. The house receives plenty of daylight all year round and has a Mediterranean flair. It is about 1,000 meters to the sea.
The building is over 300 years old. During the extensive renovation, the Dalmatian character was preserved. Old stone elements and modern comfort blend here. It has become a home for a family.
Below is a large Dalmatian-style konoba. It has air conditioning, a wood stove, a kitchen, a refrigerator, and a small dishwasher. It can be used year-round for gatherings with friends. From the ground floor, you go into the living area. There, a fireplace provides warmth. A staircase inside the house leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
An external staircase leads to a large terrace. There is a second kitchen and a covered area with wooden beams. Here you can live, cook, and sit outdoors. In the courtyard, there is also an open fireplace and an old stone washbasin. Both emphasize the original style.
The house includes a garden of about 200 m² and a parking area of about 50 m² on the main road. Wrought iron fences, outdoor lighting, and handcrafted stone elements complete the picture.
