Building plot with building permit for an apartment building with panoramic sea view

For sale is a large building plot in Icici near Opatija. The building permit has just been issued. It is valid for an apartment building with 5 units and a parking level.

The plot is 984 m² in size. It is located on the edge of the construction zone of Icici. The distance to the sea and marinas is approximately 900 to 1000 meters in a straight line. You can reach the center by car in about 3.5 km, which takes approximately 8 minutes.

Access is via a side street that ends in a cul-de-sac. The property is approximately 40 meters wide and about 25 meters from north to south. The view is to the south-southeast.

The owner is an already established company, an SPV, which is subject to VAT in Croatia. Therefore, the company is being sold.

Option A: Price 600,000 for 100% of the company. Included are the building permit and all documents of the approved main project.

Option B: Price 400,000 EUR for 100% of the company, only with the property. The building permit and planning documents are then not included.

Option C: The investor can also transfer part of the company. The construction project would then be implemented jointly.
