Mediterranean stone house with swimming pool and sea view

This Dalmatian stone house with a pool is located on the island of Brač in Dalmatia. It is situated quietly on the edge of a small village. Ferries run regularly to the mainland, and the connection is very good.

The house was completely renovated in 2005 and refreshed again in 2020. The property measures approximately 1181 m². The living area of about 120 m² is spread over two floors:

Ground floor: Living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom, terrace

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

Outside, there is a pool approximately 6 x 3 meters with a sun terrace. There is also a storage room and a covered barbecue area. You have a view of the Mediterranean landscape, the mountains, and the sea. The view is very beautiful.

The shoreline and the nearest larger town are about 2500 meters away. Feel free to contact us for questions and a viewing appointment.
