Renovated stone house with a hot tub on the roof terrace, Krk

The renovated stone house is located near the town of Krk on the island of Krk, which is accessible via a bridge. It has been furnished with great effort and love.

The semi-detached house has approximately 80 m² of space on the ground and upper floors.

Ground floor: large living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry room

First floor: two bedrooms and a second bathroom

At the very top is the roof terrace with about 20 m². There is a whirlpool there, with a view of the sea.

Attention to detail was paid in the decoration. Parts of the old stone house are incorporated into the design, as well as handcrafted furniture. This creates a creative, peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.

We are happy to answer questions or arrange a viewing.
