In the small town of Sveta Nedjelja on the south coast of Hvar Island, this newly built villa stands on a hillside above the sea. The living area is approximately 240 m², plus a garden of about 343 m² and two parking spaces.

The villa is built on three terraced levels. On the ground floor, there is an open area with a modern kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a fireplace. From there, you can access the outdoor terrace with a pool (6 x 5 meters), outdoor shower, and summer kitchen.

The beach is approximately 150 meters away, as are restaurants and cafes. Via the new road on the south side of the island, it is 15 kilometers to Jelsa, 17 kilometers to Stari Grad, and 18 kilometers to Hvar Town.
