Freestanding stone house with swimming pool in a quiet, rural location on the island of Krk, about two kilometers from the sea. The house was built in 2020 with high-quality construction and is categorized as a five-star holiday accommodation. It is equally suitable for vacation, year-round living, or continuing rental.

The approximately 200 m² of living space is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor features two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms and a technical room. From above, you have a view of the sea.

The fully fenced property of about 540 m² is landscaped with Mediterranean plants and trees. The outdoor area includes a 28 m² swimming pool, a handmade outdoor fireplace for barbecues, and a covered parking space for two vehicles. Three additional cars can be parked on the property.

Heating and cooling are provided by a Daikin heat pump and a fan-coil system with Wi-Fi control, complemented by a wood fireplace with 15 kW power. An alarm system and video surveillance are installed. During construction, hand-carved stone, Istrian Kanfanar stone for windows and doors, and handcrafted windows and exterior doors made of Siberian larch were used. A private cistern with about 18 m³ capacity and a Wi-Fi-controlled irrigation system supply water to the garden.
