Old stone estate with guesthouse, south terrace, and vineyard view

In the interior of Korcula, about two kilometers from the sea and the coastal town of Zavalatica, lies this approximately 170-year-old stone estate with a total living area of about 600 m². The restoration was completed in 2015. During this process, the original stone was preserved and the roof was completely rebuilt. From here, you have a view over the surrounding vineyards.

The estate includes a main house and a detached guest house, connected by a covered walkway and an open loggia. Access to the entrance on the ground floor is via a private driveway with ample parking space. The ground floor is partly built into the rock and has ceilings of around six meters in height. It is suitable as a wine cellar, tasting room, or small winery.

On the main level, there is an open living area and a kitchen with a cooking island, which lead directly to a large south-facing terrace. Additionally, there is a laundry room, a guest bathroom, and a study with natural stone walls and restored herringbone parquet flooring. A stone staircase leads to the upper floor with three bedrooms, a bathroom, and access to a loggia.

The guest house has an apartment upstairs with a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and storage rooms downstairs. All bathrooms have walk-in showers. An old, restored stone cistern is located inside.

The house is connected to water and electricity. It has a 300-liter hot water tank, new pipes, aluminum windows with insect screens, and an air conditioning system for heating and cooling. The well-maintained garden offers space for a pool. Korcula town and Vela Luka are easily accessible.
