* If the watch has been positively tested for water resistance, then thisProperty at the time of measurement. Water resistance is not a permanent property according to DIN 8310. It should be checked annually and before special stresses, as the built-in sealing elements may deteriorate in their function and in daily use. Influences such as strong temperature fluctuations, chlorine, soap, or saltwater negatively affect water resistance.

Please avoid a common mistake: Never operate the crown or the chronograph of the wristwatch underwater. No matter how high the water resistance is specified.
