A. Lange & Söhne Full Set14k Gold Taschenuhr ¼ Repetition Original Etui Garantiekarte 1885

Hochfeine, frühe Glashütter 14k Gold Taschenuhr mit Viertelrepetition, Original Etui, Garantiekarte und Stammbuchauszug 1885.

Gehäuse: nahezu neuwertiges offenes Lepine - Gehäuse aus 14k Rotgold in der seltenen Gehäuseform „Bassin“; mit 0.585 Gold Punze und Gehäuse Nr. 26779. Das Gehäuse ist noch ohne die Lange & Söhne Punze „Hosenbandorden“ und noch ohne den, erst am 1.1. 1888 eingeführten, Deutschen Reichsgoldstempel (mit Mond und Krone). Der Schieber für das Auslösen der Repetition ist am Rand bei 3 Uhr. Cuvette glatt, das Gehäuse ist ohne Monogramme oder Inskriptionen und befindet sich hervorragendem Zustand.

Zweiteiliges signiertes Zifferblatt aus Email mit schwarzen arabischen Zahlen und roter Minuterie, kleine konstante Sekunde bei „6“, originale Louis-XV-Goldzeiger. Ziffernblatt und Zeiger sind perfekt erhalten.

Werk: Glashütter 3/4-Platine, gekörnt, vergoldet, signiert „Deutsche Uhrenfabrikation Glashütte“, zwei Hämmer/ zwei Tonfedern, Goldschrauben-Kompensationsunruh, noch ohne Rückerfeder-Feinregulierung, gebläute Breguet Spirale. Goldanker und Goldankerrad, chatonierter Rubindeckstein auf der Unruh. Aufzugsräder mit doppeltem Sonnenschliff nach Großmann. Das saubere, nahezu neuwertige Werk ist in voll funktionsfähigem Zustand.

Diameter 52 mm, Gewicht 107 g, Werk Nr. 22 453, Geh. Nr. 22 453, Original Lederetui, Garantiekarte und Zertifikat mit Stammbuchauszug des Deutschen Uhrenmuseums in Glashütte. Demnach wurde die Uhr am 15. Dezember 1885 an den Lange & Söhne Generalvertreter Dürrstein & Comp. Dresden für 480 Reichsmark verkauft.

Die baugleiche„Schwesteruhr“ mit der Nr. 22454 (ebenfalls mit Box und Papieren) wurde bei Christies in Hong Komg am 26. 11. 2014 für 28.400 Euro verkauft.

Very fine, early Glashütte 18k gold pocket watch in mint condition with quarter repeater, with original case, guarantee card and extract from the archive 1885.

Case: mint open face case in 14k red gold in the rare case shape “Baßin”; with 0.585 gold hallmark and case no. 26779. The case is still without the Lange & Söhne punch marks and the German Reichs gold hallmark (with moon and crown), which was first introduced on January 1, 1888. The slide for the repeater release on the edge at 3 o'clock. Cuvette smooth, the case is without monograms or inscriptions and is in excellent condition.

Two-part signed enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and red minute track, small constant seconds at “6”, original Louis XV gold hands. Dial and hands are in perfect condition.

Movm.: Glashütte 3/4 plate, frosted, gilt, signed “Deutsche Uhrenfabrikation Glashütte”, 2 hammers/ 2 gongs, gold screw compensation balance, still without fine adjustment, blued Breguet balance spring. Gold anchor and escape wheel, chatoned ruby endstone on the balance. Winding wheels with double sunburst finish according to Großmann. The clean, almost new movement is in fully functional condition.

Diameter 52 mm, weight 107 g, movement no. 22 453, case no. 22 453, original leather box, guarantee card and certificate with extract from the archives of the German Watch Museum in Glashütte. According to the certificate, the watch was sold to Lange & Söhne General Agent Dürrstein & Comp. Dresden for 480 Reichsmarks on December 15, 1885.

The “identical” sister watch, also ¼ Repeater with box and papers with the no. 22454 was sold at Christies in HK on 26. 11. 2014 for 28,400 euros.
