Very beautiful 18k gold pocket watch from the watch manufacturer A. Lange & Söhne Glashütte B/Dresden - made in quality 1A, Lange's highest quality level. Comes with Lange leather case and certificate from the German Watch Museum in Glashütte.

Diameter 50mm, weight 102g, Cal. 43/19“ lines, movement No. 29 458, case No. 29 458, sold on October 1, 1891, to watchmaker Hugo Peschlow, Breitestr. 4 Stettin for 456.00 Reichsmark.

Fine open 18k gold case in the form of "Lucia". German gold coins and Lange & Söhne hallmark on all covers. Smooth cuvette. Magnificent and very fine case with the original monogram of the first buyer "ML", executed in Renaissance style. The monogram appears on the invoice with 9 marks and was most likely executed by Gessner in Glashütte. The case and movement are in a very beautiful, almost new condition.

Two-piece enamel dial with radial Roman numerals. The dial is signed with “A. Lange & Söhne Glashütte B/ Dresden.” Small constant seconds above six. Original blued steel Breguet hands. The dial and hands are very well preserved and absolutely undamaged.

Excellent 3/4 plate movement, Cal. 43/19''' lines, grained, gold-plated, and signed. Made in Lange's highest quality level 1A with screwed gold chatons. Chaton-set diamond cap jewel on the balance. Gold screw compensation balance. Hand-engraved balance cock. Fine regulation with lever. Gold anchor and gold escape wheel. Double polished winding wheels after Großmann. Blued screws, crown winding. The extremelyclean, like-new movement runs flawlessly, it has been checked for functionality by a watchmaker.

The watch will be accompanied by the depicted original Lange & Söhne leather case, blank warranty card, spare glass, and the certificate from the German Watch Museum in Glashütte, as well as a copy of the shipping book. A small curiosity: in the shipping book, Lange & Söhne miscalculated the price in your favor by 100 Reichsmarks.
