The IWC Pilot's Watch Chronograph 43 Ref. IW378002
combines the classic design of the famous IWC pilot watches with a modern manufacture movement and a versatile case size. For decades, the Pilot's Watch collection has been one of IWC Schaffhausen's most well-known lines and stands for functional instrument watches with roots in historic aviation. The 43mm version continues this tradition and combines it with contemporary technology and high-quality craftsmanship.
The stainless steel case appears sporty and balanced, while the black dial with its distinctive luminous hands and markers ensures excellent readability. Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the front of the watch, while the screwed-in crown, screwed-in case back, and water resistance up to 10 ATM emphasize its robust character. The exhibition case back also allows viewing the IWC manufacture movement at work.
Inside, the automatic manufacture caliber 69385 operates with a power reserve of around 46 hours. In addition to displaying hours, minutes, and seconds, the watch features a chronograph function, a day display in English, and a date window.
