The name "Autavia" originated from the terms "AUTomobile" and "AVIAtion" and has been associated since the 1960s with robust instrument watches that have established a firm place in motorsport as well as in aviation. The 42 mm stainless steel case impresses with its distinctive presence and high-quality craftsmanship. The bidirectional rotating bezel with minute scale enhances the practical utility of the watch, while the screwed-down crown, screwed case back, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and water resistance up to 10 ATM underline its robust character. The black dial with luminous hands and numerals ensures excellent readability.
Inside, the COSC-certified manufacture caliber Heuer 02 Flyback operates with an impressive power reserve of around 80 hours. In addition to hours, minutes, small seconds, and date, the watch features aChronograph function with Flyback, allowing the immediate restart of a timing with just one push of a button.
