Shipping is fully insured via DHL Express:

Deliveries within the EU are made WITHOUT additional customs or import duties.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the receipt of the goods. The condition for this is that the watch is in the original condition in which it was delivered.

Please note that the classification "used – very good" is according to the Herando standard.Guidelines are followed, and not necessarily visible signs of use or scratches do not mean defect. Many of our timepieces are in excellent to like-new condition.
