It should be checked annually and before special stresses, as theBuilt-in density elements may deteriorate in their function and daily use. Influences such as strong temperature fluctuations, chlorine, soap, or saltwater negatively affect water resistance.
Please avoid a common mistake: Never operate the crown or chronograph of the wristwatch underwater, regardless of the specified water resistance.
