Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their self-employed professional activity.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Herando a.s., V Jámě 1/699, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Phone: +420 228 884 177, Email: direct[at]herando[dot]com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of exercising your right of withdrawal regarding this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
