Boat Description

• FULL ENGINE SERVICE CARRIED OUT: 29 May 2024
• Access: Access onto the V45 is gained via the bathing platform through the port side transom door. The cockpit is designed for socialising and is fitted with a wet bar that includes a BBQ (Factory fitted optional extra), stainless-steel sink, and refrigerated cooler box. There’s a large aft sun lounger on top of the RIB garage (Tender retrieval winch included), aft seating, and starboard side seating with a large teak table and ‘L’ seating on the portside. The bathing platform has a hot and cold transom shower and fold away boarding ladder.
• Comfort: The V45 is the place to be in the sunshine or showers as she is fitted with a large sliding sunroof (Factory fitted optional extra), Aircon, and Eberspacher heating. The upholstery has been replaced and is covered in SilverTech fabric.
• Helm: The helm is well designed, having double helm seating with bolster and electric window. The dashboard is clear and well laid out and benefits from having a Raymarine Axiom 12, Raymarine Quantum radar, Raymarine FLIR infrared camera, Raymarine ST60+ speed log, Raymarine ST6002 Autopilot, Raymarine ST60+ depth sounder, Simrad R587VHF, and 2x Shakespeare antennas. This V45 is also equipped with Yacht Controller which allows you to manoeuvre the vessel with the joystick that controls both engines and the bow and stern thrusters for optimum control of the boat. This boat even comes with a remote Yacht Controller which will allow you to manoeuvre the vessel from away from the helm, i.e., operating from the bathing platform.
• Cabin Access: Access to the cabin is via the curved, tinted sliding door. You step down into the very spacious saloon. The saloon is port side and has ‘U’ shaped leather seating which converts to a double berth and has stowage below, along with overhead storage lockers. Opposite is the illuminated drinks cabinet and large wall mounted TV.
• Galley: The galley is opposite and has a lovely hardwood floor. It is equipped with the following: Avonite (or similar) work tops, 2x round stainless-steel sinks with Monobloc mixer tap, ceramic hob, combination microwave oven, fridge, and ample work surface with both high- and low-level storage.
• Primary Cabin: Moving forward takes you to the primary cabin which has a double, centre island bed with reading lights above, round deck hatch, a wardrobe, and a vanity unit with a mirror, high level storage lockers, under bed drawers, AC outlet, and opening port holes.
• Primary Cabin En-suite: The primary cabin has its own En-suite. It’s fitted out with teak flooring, large shower that has a glass, rotating shower screen to provide a dry room. It also benefits from a built-in seat, hand basin with hot and cold water, large mirror, storage, and an opening port hole. There’s an electric toilet to holding tank.
• Guest Cabin: Moving aft, you walk through to the under-cockpit guest cabin, which has two single beds with reading lights, wardrobe, and its own En-suite. The En-suite is fitted with the same level of facilities as the primary cabin’s En-suite.
