Anita Jois a 2008 Lagoon 420 Owners Version with three cabin layout.This is a spacious and comfortable blue water sailing yacht, completely autonomous and fully equipped for long passages or for liveaboard cruising.She has always been lightly used and privately owned - she has never been used for charter.She also has no history of hurricane damage. Anita Jo features three en-suite queen cabinss with 3 baths, all showers are separate and all heads are electric. She has a dedicated owners suite in the port hull with private head, shower, a queen sized bed, and a sitting and dressing area. Two guest cabins are in the starboard hull each with their own separate showers and toilets. She has been setup to run comfortably anywhere in the world for a long period of time with her powerful generator, very reliable Dessalator watermaker, solar panels and wind generator.
