Refit Details

The ADMIRAL 28 underwent a major refit in 2021, which included:

• Replacement of two Caterpillar engines (2 x 1952 HP CAT C32) with only 120 hours currently.


• Full overhaul of the propulsion system (gearboxes, drive shafts, new 4-blade thrusters, and a new exhaust gas system with mufflers).


• Installation of two new 28 kW generators and a 2000W inverter.


• Installation of a new water maker (250 liters/hr).


• Two new fridges.


• Overhaul of the air conditioning system with replacement of two compressors.


• Complete renewal of the electrical system.


• Installation of new Raymarine electronics.


• Replacement of all equipment in the interiors and on the flybridge.


• LED lighting both inside and outside.


• Sanding of the teak deck.


• Overhaul of seacocks.


• Application of underwater hull protection cycles.


• Painting of flybridge furniture.

Specifications

• Cabins: 5 cabins with owner's midship cabin, each with bathroom, bidet, and shower booths.


• Additional Cabins: 3 cabins and 3 bathrooms for crew.


• Kitchen and Dining: Separate kitchen and dining area.


• Electronics: New Raymarine electronics with AIS, radar, and engine room camera.


• Accessories: Ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine.


• Generators: 2 generators.
