We are delighted to present the Maiora 31 DP, built in 2000, a luxury motor yacht registered under the Spanish flag with VAT paid, maintained in excellent condition, and featuring a comprehensive service history.
With an overall length of 31.58 metres and a beam of 6.38 metres, this Maiora offers generous interior and exterior spaces, ideal for both private cruising and luxury charter.
The yacht has benefitted from continuous upgrades: in 2023, a full service was carried out on engines and generators (oil, filters, injectors, antifouling), in 2020, a complete paint job, and in 2024, a full interior and exterior upholstery refit, giving the yacht a fresh and modern style.
Powered by twin MTU 12V 396TE94 engines and boasting a 16,000-litre fuel capacity, she delivers reliability, performance, and comfortable cruising.

This Maiora 31 DP is powered by twin MTU 12V 396 TE94 diesel engines, each delivering approx 2,285 HP, for a total power of 4,570 HP. With only 1,970 engine hours, the yacht combines performance, reliability and smooth cruising.
In 2023, both engines and generators underwent a complete service, including oil and filter changes, injector servicing, and antifouling treatment, ensuring excellent technical condition.
