Broker Description

OFF-PISTE is a stunning example of the classic Oceanis 46.1 design from Beneteau. This model is ideal for extended cruising with a couple or friends and family, while remaining easy to sail short-handed. The wide open cockpit leads to expansive deck surfaces and a beautifully designed interior with light oak and upholstery finishes. She is fast and boasts a contemporary aesthetic both inside and out.

Equipped with the larger optional 80 hp Yanmar common rail diesel, she features a generator, reverse cycle air conditioning/heat, full electronics, an electric transom platform with remote, in-mast furling with ICW-friendly height, and numerous options that enhance life on board. The three stateroom layout includes two heads and stall showers, making it perfect for entertaining friends or enjoying solo cruises. The current owners are the second owners and have maintained her in excellent condition, with services and maintenance performed by a top Beneteau dealer and boatyard.

Vessel Walk-through

OFF-PISTE is a well-maintained yacht featuring three private cabins and two heads with stall showers. The light oak interior is bright and inviting, even on cloudy days. Hull windows at each berth provide visibility around the mooring field and a connection to the outside. Numerous hatches and opening portlights allow for ample light and fresh air, each equipped with a combination shade/screen arrangement.

The Owners Stateroom is located forward and includes a large center island queen bed with a custom spring mattress. White upholstery on the bulkheads adds elegance and softness to the interior. Storage includes a large drawer under the bed and lockers to port and starboard, as well as overhead storage. The head and shower areas are separated into two rooms, with the shower and vanity to starboard and the electric toilet and vanity sink to port, facilitating simultaneous use by a couple.

Aft to port, there is a settee with a chart table forward. The settee can be lifted to create a comfortable lounge. To starboard, a U-shaped settee, a large dinette table, and a centerline bench with storage underneath provide seating for eight, perfect for dinner or card games. Two overhead hatches and deck and hull windows ensure plenty of light and ventilation.

The L-shaped Galley is conveniently located to port, between the companionway stairs and cockpit and the main salon. Features include an under-counter refrigerator, top-load freezer, two-burner stainless steel propane stove with oven and broiler, two-basin stainless steel sink, microwave oven, and ample lockers and cabinets.

Two private double berth staterooms are located aft to port and starboard of the companionway, each with a hull window for outside visibility. The starboard cabin has private access to the starboard head and shower, which is also accessible from the main salon.
