1. this very well maintained yacht is maintained from the beginning all year round by an experienced captain as well as an experienced board engineer. Originally the yacht was built to MCA standard ( among others fire extinguishing system, double pumps for bilges, service and sewage, double generators) and had a commercial registration as a demonstration vessel of Canados. The German owner registered her privately at purchase with 100 hours of operation in Malta, European VAT has been paid. The yacht has been used purely privately and never chartered out.
