On the advertising portal of www.herando.com, private sellers and dealers can place and sell their noble real estate, yachts and boats, cars and watches professionally.

Sellers, buyers and brokers benefit from the pre-selection carried out by Herando, as this ensures that only checked and suitable people, brokers and companies are passed on to Herando's customers.

Questions about registration & account

Do I have to register?

Registration is required with Herando to use the following functions:

  • Sell (incl. Advertisement management)
  • Post requests (incl. Advertisement management)

Registering with Herando is completely straightforward and only requires your email address and a password. After confirmation, you can then create your profile.

I don't have an account yet. How can I create one?

You can easily register on the Herando homepage. Click on the button Log in / My account , then a field opens where you can either log in (already registered users) or register. Now follow the instructions on the screen.
You will receive a message on your email address which you must confirm. After activation, you can create your profile. Our support team will be happy to help with any questions.

I've forgotten my password. What now?

If you have forgotten your password, please go to Login / My account and click on the button Forgot password . Enter your email address on the following page and click on the Reset password button. You will then receive an email from Herando with the link Reset password , which will guide you when you click on the Herando page. Enter the identical password twice and click on Submit . With this password you have access to your account again.

How can I change the email address that I have stored in my account?

You can change your email address by clicking on My Account in your account and then on My Profile . Change the stored email address and then click on the Save Profile button at the very end of the form. Your new email address is now stored in our system.

What happens to my user data?

You can find detailed answers to your questions in our privacy policy .

How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account, you can delete it under direct[at]herando[.]com order from us.

Questions about "Selling"

How can I advertise?

If you do not have a Herando user account:

Registration is required to advertise. for registration
  • Click on the Login / My Account button, you are already logged in, the My Profile field, and then enter your personal data in the form and save your entry.
  • Then you choose whether you are a private or commercial provider.
  • Choose your desired package. After payment, this will be activated and you can place your articles / requests in the appropriate section. Describe the details of your offer as precisely as possible and upload pictures of your offer.
  • After checking, your advertisement will be activated by us.

If you already have a Herando user account:

  • Log in with your email address and password.
  • Then choose whether you are a private or commercial provider. Go to the Place Offers button and select your desired package. After payment, this will be activated and you can place your articles / requests in the appropriate section. Describe the details of your offer as precisely as possible and upload pictures of your offer.
  • After checking, your advertisement will be activated by us.

I can't find my ad. When will it be released on Herando?

If you cannot find your advert on Herando, this can be for one of the following reasons:

  • The manual check has not yet taken place.
    Our quality management system checks ads manually before they are activated. It is possible that your advertisement is still being examined.

How can I delete my ad?

To delete an advertisement, log in, go to My Account , then to My Advertisements . Here you can see your advertisements by clicking on the trash symbol the advertisement will be deleted.
