German model (not an import vehicle!).

Very rare "Targa" variant of the late facelift model of the 993 with innovative glass roof construction - only available in 2 model years (1996-98)!

Specifications: 6-cylinder boxer 3.6L with sequential injection, Bosch DME-Motronic, and dual ignition. Dry sump lubrication. 210 kW (285 HP) at 6,100 rpm, 340 Nm at 5,250 rpm. 6-speed manual transmission! ABS braking system with power assistance, 4 internally ventilated brake discs, 2 airbags, turbo rear spoiler for better directional stability at high speeds. Top speed 275 km/h. 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds. Curb weight only 1,400 kg!

Features: Power steering, electric roof operation, automatic climate control, leather upholstery, electric seat adjustment and heating, 2+2 seats, electric windows, central locking, cruise control, Becker Grand Prix with sound system, onboard computer, fog lights, headlight cleaning system, 18" three-piece sport wheel set, sport suspension.

The internally "993" named model was the last "air-cooled" 911, where the "genes" of the original 1965 model were still present in its basic body structure, but significantly developed.
With the 993, the 911 had reached a maturity that transformed the formerly tricky original model into a harmonious and perfectly drivable sports car. Nevertheless, the compactness and agility were preserved, as the weight was only 1,350 kg!
