The property is suitable for buyers looking to generate rental income, seeking multi-generational living, or simply appreciating the flexibility of separate guest accommodations. Each apartment has three bedrooms and one bathroom, with one slightly above ground level and the other partially below. The traditional yellow plaster facade and the round Sicilian arches give the building a lot of character, while the interiors are simple and white, allowing the buyer to customize them.

An old olive grove with 120 trees surrounds the house, as does an old outbuilding, whose cubic meters could theoretically be used elsewhere on the property.
