In the last picture, you can see that the bracelet has been extended. Even without the extension, the bracelet already fits a wrist circumference of almost 19 cm. With the extension installed, it increases to nearly 21 cm.

As for the dial, the condition is due to age-related corrosion. The clear lacquer layer over the blue dial is beginning to lift slightly in some areas. However, this is quite normal for a watch of this age and is considered part of its character and vintage appeal.
