Built in 1917 by Camper and Nicholson, this elegant motor launch has all the hallmarks of her era and is a simply stunning motor yacht.

Rebuilt by the Leopoldo Shipyard, Lake Como, between.

After arriving in the Mediterannean in the 1940’s she has had a varied history including being used as a coral fishing boat in Sardinia complete with hyperbaric chamber, and in 1976 she was a luxury transfer vessel for club Med guests and also featured in a notable French film.

In 2007 a major professional rebuild commenced under the current owners with no expense spared. The hull was stripped bare inside and out, any necessary hull repairs completed and a complete new deck structure fitted. All systems, machinery and equipment have been replaced to subtly introduce the modern world without destroying her patina.

Construction

• Carvel planked in teak all copper fastened to steam bent oak timbers.
• Solid teak deck all new in the rebuild.
• Solid varnished teak superstructure.

Machinery

• Yanmar 4JH4-JTE 110hp 4cyl turbo charged diesel installed new in 2007.
• AquaDrive shaft coupling to a 3 blade bronze propeller.
• 12 knots cruising speed.
• Morse electronic engine controls.
• Vetus electric bow thruster.
• 3 x Bosch 110ah 12 volt batteries charged from the engine alternator or shore power system.
• 200 litre stainless steel diesel tank.

Accommodation

• Designed as a day boat with an elegant aft cockpit and super structure all built in varnished teak.
• Under the superstructure is a small heads compartment with an electric sea toilet and hand basin.
• To starboard is a small galley unit with gas stove and sink. Vitrifrigo 75l 12 volt fridge unit.
• Under the foredeck the engine is mounted centrally within a sound proof box with some seating either side and storage in the bows.
