Lagoon 400

The Lagoon 400 that we are offering you on behalf of the private owner is a three-cabin owner's version and is in very good condition. Many recent investments have been made by both the current and previous owners. Consequently, the boat is fully ready for use. The design by Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot Prévost of the well-known French brand Lagoon offers high speed and great stability. The rigging is practical to use and features a large foretriangle. The boat is easy to operate from the aft deck. The boat sails surprisingly easily; maneuvering in small harbors is also no problem. For monohull sailors, this is an ideal catamaran to make the switch to when more space and stability are desired. The entire cockpit and helmsman's position can be enclosed with cockpit covers/a cockpit tent. This creates a particularly large enclosed space that can be used in bad weather. This tent provides plenty of shelter and keeps the cockpit clean and dry.

The interior also offers plenty of space, even compared to other catamarans, partly due to the straight-placed windows. Upon entering the saloon, the seating area is central, with the navigation corner to starboard. To the right of the entrance is the galley, fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, and microwave. Stairs lead down to the cabins on either side. The owner's cabin with an en-suite bathroom is located in the starboard hull. Two cabins, also featuring wet rooms, are located in the port hull. The boat is comfortable both in summer and winter, thanks in part to the heating and hot water system. "Noa" is fully equipped for a pleasant long stay on board and for long voyages. The boat has been used only lightly, primarily for living on board, and the current owner has performed all necessary maintenance. A known issue with the water tank support has already been resolved by the shipyard.
