Renovated stone building with pool, courtyard with pavilions, 70 meters to the water

The natural stone house is located about 70 meters from the sea and was renovated from scratch a few years ago. It sits on a 400 m² plot and has approximately 125 m² of living space over two floors, plus a cellar.

Downstairs, the living area opens into a dining area and kitchen. On the same level, there are two bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, the other with a private WC, as well as another bathroom. An internal staircase leads upstairs to a third bedroom with a private bathroom and a terrace overlooking the bay and the sea.

Outside, the pool with a stone waterfall and massage jets forms the center of the courtyard, which is surrounded by a paved lounging area. In the first pavilion, there is a long wooden table with benches, and the second serves as a shaded relaxation corner. A built-in grill and a natural stone basin complete the courtyard.

The facade is made of natural stone, and underfloor heating provides warmth in winter. The cellar was intended as a konoba and can be converted for wine tastings, parties, or as a storage room.

A private parking space is included. Beaches, shops, restaurants, and cafes are nearby.
