Magnificent Broom 41, offered by its Dutch owner. A comfortable and spacious motor yacht with good sailing characteristics and a top speed of approx. 32 knots. The cockpit can be fully enclosed with a tent (2021) and features, among other things, a spacious outdoor dinette, large aft deck, and 2 steering chairs. Equipped with stainless steel railing, fender strip, side step, and a foldable radar arch. Standing height: salon approx. 1.95 m, aft cabin approx. 1.90 m, and fore cabin approx. 1.87 m. Last engine maintenance carried out in 2024, fuel filters replaced in 2026. Polished in 2026, and navigation was renewed in 2024. The engine room is easily accessible via removable floor panels. Layout with 4-person dinette and U-shaped galley (refrigerator, stove, sink, oven/microwave). Fore cabin with double bed including private bathroom. Spacious owner’s cabin at the stern with French bed and private sanitary facilities with shower and toilet. Equipped with, among others, Eberspächer heating, various openable windows/portholes, passage to swim platform, and practical storage space. Draft height approx. 3.11 m (all folded).
