Black Pepper (ex Koheilan) is a true “gentleman’s motor yacht” with timeless and elegant lines built in 1975 by Cantieri di Lavagna, Italy. She features a solid steel round bilged hull with a draft of approx. 2.4m/8’ and is powered by twin MAN heavy duty diesel engines of 560 hp each (new installed 2026), reaching a comfortable cruising speed of approx. 9 knots with a 1.500 nm range.
Black Pepper offers a lot of exterior deck space with a spacious aft deck, walk-around side decks and an upper deck with sun awning, sunbathing area and mini-bar with grill. On the main deck there is a saloon area which has been completely restyled under current ownership and forward there is the owner’s stateroom with full exterior views. The interior is finished in mat varnished wood.
On the lower deck there are two double bedded guest cabins, one cabin with two single beds, the galley and the crew quarters in the bow area including a crew mess. All cabins have their ensuite head.
Black Pepper had a complete refit in the periodat STP, Mallorca including a rebuild of the hull under the waterline including installation of new Humphree electric zero-speed fin stabilizers, a complete exterior Awlgrip paintjob, full interior refit of saloon and cabins, new galley layout and appliances and furthermore, an overhaul of all her main machinery, systems and installations. A more detailed summary of the recent refit is available on request.

Paint Finish The hull topsides and bulwarks are finished in Awlgrip “Gray Beige”, repainted 2024. The waterline and booth stripe are finished in Awlgrip Red “Mahogany”, repainted 2024. The superstructure is finished in Awlgrip White, repainted 2024.
Bottom is treated with Micron EU International antifouling.
Deck Finish Laid teak on the main deck, replaced 2016 and overhauled 2023. Teak on the flybridge deck replaced 2024.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION - ACCOMMODATIONS & ARRANGEMENT GENERAL: There is a comfortable saloon midships and there is accommodation for eight guests in 4 double cabins, including the owner’s cabin on the main deck, all cabins have en-suite heads. There are crew quarters forward for 3 including a crew mess, one captain’s cabin and one cabin with two single beds, both with ensuite head.
MAIN DECK: Main salon midships with two chairs to port and a sofa to starboard side, cabinets on both sides with storage space, wine cooler, fridge. Going forward there is a passage on starboard side with access to the semi-raised wheelhouse, a door to the side decks and the master cabin on the main deck.
Large full width master cabin forward on the main deck with centreline double bed and an ensuite head with shower. There is ample storage space, hanging lockers, drawers etc.
LOWER DECK: There is an upper/lower bedded cabin to portside, a double cabin to starboard and further aft there is a VIP cabin with double bed, all cabins with en-suite wc/shower, hanging lockers and storage space.
The fully equipped galley with all new equipment is situated to starboard side with plenty of workspace and, moving forward, there is access to the crew mess and crew quarters.
The crew quarters are located forward of the galley/crew mess, there is one captain’s cabin and one cabin with 2 single beds. Both cabins have ensuite head with shower. There is a separate entrance for the crew through the foredeck, or from the lower deck through the galley.
