All watches are carefully inspected before shipping and, if necessary, serviced or maintained by experienced watchmakers to ensure the highest quality and functionality. Each watch is guaranteed to be original and is delivered with a

*1-year factory warranty*

as well as an invoice. If a watch is offered without papers, you will also receive an authenticity certificate from us.

*Our 1-year factory warranty covers functional disturbances of the movement when used properly.

Damages caused by water ingress, improper handling such as external damage to the case, glass, crown, or bracelet are excluded.*

All our watches are taxable goods according to §25a UStG. The VAT is therefore not itemized.

All watches offered are in stock and immediately available.

Shipping is fully insured via DHL Express:

* 24–48 hours within Austria and the EU

* 3–5 business days internationally (outside the EU)

Deliveries within the EU are made WITHOUT additional customs or import duties.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt of the goods. The condition for this is that the watch is in the original condition as delivered.

Please note that the classification "used – very good" is made according to Herando standard guidelines and notdefinitely visible signs of use or scratches mean. Many of our timepieces are in excellent to like-new condition.

Every watch is guaranteed to be authentic and comes with a 1-year warranty as well as an invoice. If a watch is offered without original papers, we additionally provide a certificate of authenticity.

Our 1-year warranty covers mechanical malfunctions of the movement under proper use. It does not cover damage caused by water ingress, improper handling, or external damage to the case, crystal, crown, or bracelet.

All our watches are subject to the margin scheme according to §25a UStG. Therefore, VAT is not separately stated.

All listed watches are in stock and available for immediate delivery.
