Boat Overview

The motor yacht 'Fleur' is offered for sale by the first owner. The hull was built by the Conavroegh shipyard, and the ship was completed under personal management. This vessel is very spacious and comfortably arranged, with a practical layout that allows for ample living space, making permanent residence on board possible. The current mooring at the Veluwemeer is transferable. A measurement certificate from Register Holland indicates that the ship is not subject to CVO regulations.

Access and Deck Features

Access to the level and sheltered gangway is easy via a double passage in the railing on both the starboard and port sides or the lower swim platform. The aft deck is partially covered and can be equipped with loose seating furniture. A lazy staircase provides easy access to the flybridge, which can be partially covered with a bimini top and features an additional steering position. The radar mast is collapsible.

Storage and Salon

The foredeck includes a large storage hatch for, among other things, storing a dinghy, and there is access to the battery charger + inverter/batteries/Hollandia spud pole/water connection. The four wood-lacquered folding doors provide access to the spacious salon. The furniture in the salon remains on board, except for the piano. The wheelhouse has side doors on both the starboard and port sides for quick access to the gangway. The desk at the steering position offers a great workspace with a view of the water.

Lower Deck and Accommodations

From the salon, a semi-circular staircase leads to the lower deck. The kitchen below deck is equipped with all conveniences, including a 4-burner Miele induction cooktop with a hood, Miele oven/microwave combo, and refrigerator (coffee machine not included). In the fore ship, there is a 2-person guest cabin that also includes a full-size washing machine and dryer. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is freely accessible. The 2-person owner’s cabin is located in the aft ship with an en-suite bathroom.

Engine Room and Additional Features

The engine room is separated with its own access on both the starboard and port sides. The engine room has sufficient headroom and space for comfortable maintenance and inspection of the technology. Screens for portholes are present. A new Kabola heating unit was installed in January 2026. This ship can be viewed on location at the Veluwemeer.
