2024 Electrical Refit – Cecil has undergone a full electric refit through professional, outsourced service featuring a modern, high-capacity lithium power system designed for offshore cruising and long-term liveaboard comfort. The refit includes 4 x 12V 230Ah LiFePO4 batteries with low-temperature protection, a Victron Cerbo GX MK2 for system monitoring, two Victron MultiPlus II inverters, Victron Lynx shunt and distribution components, a GX Touch 50 display, and Blue Sea fuse blocks and terminals. This delivers efficient, reliable, and fully integrated power for all onboard systems.

Cecil features a Super Sail Arch engineered for offshore cruising and long-term liveaboard comfort. Built from high-strength, salt-resistant anodized aluminum, this lightweight yet robust structure supports large bifacial solar arrays and essential cruising equipment, with over 1,000 lbs of capacity. Custom fabrications have been incorporated into the solar frame for optimized support and functionality. The arch also provides a generous amount of shading for the dinghy and cockpit areas thanks to the large 560W bifacial solar panels.
