Former inland shipping cargo ship carefully and insightfully converted into a comfortable floating home. The current owners have purposefully adapted the vessel for permanent living aboard while maintaining the robust character typical of this type of ship. The vessel is equipped with solar panels, an extensive battery pack, and a generator, allowing it to operate largely self-supporting. This makes it suitable for longer stays outside the harbor. The central heating provides a pleasant stay during the colder months. In the owner's cabin, there is a spacious French bed with an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower cabin and an electric toilet. The lounge with a wood stove exudes a homely atmosphere. Adjacent is the open kitchen with a ceramic cooktop. A significant part of life on board is expected to take place in the spacious wheelhouse, where a comfortable corner sofa and surrounding views create a pleasant and bright living space. With a clearance height of approximately 2.75 meters and a draft of about 0.95 meters, a large European navigable area is at your disposal, including Canal du Midi. Transfer of the current mooring place is possible after approval from the harbor owner.
