This floating houseboat has been completely refitted and furnished by the current owner. A layout has been created that makes the boat very suitable for comfortable permanent residence, but also excellent for bed & breakfast operations or traveling with guests on European inland waters, especially in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. The seller has successfully operated this concept for many years and has even navigated to the Canal du Midi in southern France. The boat is equipped with, among other things, a spud pole, a whisper generator set, a sturdy main engine, and an electrically driven bow thruster, which facilitates maneuvering in harbors and locks. There are two cabins available for guests, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The owner's cabin is located in the aft hold and also has an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a spacious storage/utility room, which can be reconfigured as an extra cabin if desired. Behind the spacious wheelhouse, a generous seating area has been created on the aft deck. The boat will be re-certified in November 2024, resulting in a renewed certificate valid until November 2031.
