‘Jane Anne’ is a unique, heavy displacement steel Trawler Yacht, designed by Jay Benford and built in the West Country. A stable, steady passage maker with spacious accommodation sleeping up to five in three cabins with good deck space for entertaining and al-fresco dining.

Incredibly well suited to extended periods onboard or long-term cruising, featuring a charming, bespoke interior with many unique and quirky features and an abundance of storage space throughout. All beautifully hand crafted using sustainably sourced timbers wherever possible with reclaimed Victorian floorboards, blending together to provide a warm, homely feel throughout.

Accommodations

The accommodation offers up to five berths in two cabins and wheelhouse with good headroom throughout.

Wheelhouse accessed from both port and starboard sides, helm to starboard with good all round visibility and opening windows to both sides. Raised dinette with adjustable height table. Single berth behind with infill and cushion extending over companionway.

Steps leading down and aft to saloon with linear galley to starboard side, twin stainless steel sink and drainer with hot and cold mixer tap, fridge and Bosch microwave inset alongside companionway, Thetford Midi Prima Mk III Oven and Grill and Baumatic two burner gas hob, crockery rack and ample storage. L shaped seating area to port with multi fuel stove and access door to aft deck.

Steps leading down and forward to lower deck, heads to port with full sized shower, vanity unit with basin and electric flush WC.

Guest cabin with two single bunks and access to engine room.

Master cabin with full sized island berth, plentiful storage and hanging space with escape hatch to foredeck and opening portlights to both sides.

Mechanical and Electrical Systems

Located beneath saloon floor twin Beta Marine 43 (BV1903) 4 cylinder, naturally aspirated diesel engines (Fitted 2008) on PRM 150 2.8:1 hydraulic gearboxes and Aquamarine self aligning couplings 40mm stainless steel shafts with Tides marine Sure Seal dripless seals to 3 blade bronze propellers. Fresh water cooled via heat exchanger. Single level engine controls. Full engine instrumentation. Rudder angle indicator. Approximate cruising speed 7.5 knots.

• Domestic – 8 x 6v 225Ah deep cycle wet cell batteries


• Engine – 2 x 12V 200Ah sealed cell

2 x 250w PV solar panels servicing the domestic batteries through smart controller.

Victron 3000w inverter.

Electrolux 3.5kva generator.

220V Shore power supply with standard 3 pin sockets through RCD breaker.
