Designed by the acclaimed Rob Humphreys, the Elan Impression 45.1 is a refined and versatile sailing cruiser that strikes an excellent balance between family comfort and charter practicality. Built in 2020 by Elan Yachts of Slovenia, EVA is offered for sale by her first owners in well-maintained condition, having benefited from regular servicing of the hull, rigging, and engine throughout her life, with the boat lifted and stored ashore during each winter season.

At 13.84m LOA with a generous beam of 4.17m, the Impression 45.1's deck saloon layout offers bright, spacious living both above and below. Four cabins accommodate up to eight guests: a forward double, two aft doubles, and a portside bunk cabin, all with hanging lockers. Two heads each feature a Jabsco manual toilet, washbasin, and shower. The saloon converts to a further double berth when needed. The fully equipped galley includes a three-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. Power comes from a well-maintained Volvo Penta D2-50F 50hp diesel engine, complemented by a bow thruster for easy manoeuvring in marina environments.
