The Grand Banks 42 Motor Yacht is a true Grand Banks in its sailing performance and quality construction. The 'Motor Yacht' version is characterized by the aft cabin that extends across the full width of the ship. This results in a beautifully spacious double owner's cabin, but also provides a large aft deck with an open connection to the flybridge. The helm station and salon are accessible via a side door in the gangway on both port and starboard sides. The salon is spaciously designed with various seating options and a cozy bar for breakfast or, for example, working. The galley is in open connection with the salon. The forward cabin has a 2-person V-bed, and there is also an AEG washer-dryer combination available. The bathroom in the bow has its own toilet and shower facilities. In the stern, the owner's cabin is located with a large freestanding double bed. There is space to move around the bed and plenty of wardrobe space available. The toilet and shower are separated in their own cabin. A unique feature of this ship is the central heating, which distributes a pleasant warmth throughout the ship via multiple radiators without the noise of a fan. This Grand Banks 42 Motor Yacht is equipped with: Bimini top, integrated benches on the flybridge with matching cushions, TV in the salon, stern lockers on the aft deck, deck wash pump, sunshades for the front salon windows, cover over the helm station on the flybridge, insulated floor hatches for access to the engine room, clearance height with mast at approx. 8m, with folded mast approx. 5m, without bimini approx. 4.20m. At the end of 2023, major maintenance was carried out on both main engines and the generator, including the following work:replaced oil, filters, impellers, V-belts, valve cover gasket, clutch oil, 2 x cooling water pump replaced.
