Boat Details

This Hanse 455 is for sale with a hugely sought after specification including in mast furling, both bow and stern thruster, full Flexiteek decking, cherry wood interior, electric winches, upgraded B&G navigation equipment suite and plenty more.

Hull wrapped from new, which was only removed last year meaning that the gelcoat has only seen the light of day for 12 months or so. The upshot of this is that the hull is in beautiful condition, recently re-launched (April 2026) after a full service and ready to go for the new season

Hull, Deck & Keel

  • Signal white (RAL 9003) GRP hull with dark grey (RAL 7043) hull stripes.
  • Hand laid GRP hull with balsa core above the waterline for insulation and strength to weight ratio. Vinylester resin for osmosis prevention in outer layer.
  • Hand laid GRP deck with balsa core for insulation and strength to weight ratio.
  • Sealed, crash bulkhead between the bow and forward cabin.
  • Main bulkhead is a carbon composite bulkhead for increased structural strength.
  • Flexiteek (Scrubbed teak with black stripes) laid deck, coachroof and cockpit.
  • High build epoxy coated (from factory) iron T keel.
  • Jefa steering system with semi balanced single rudder.
  • Twin wheel steering. Black composite Y spoked wheels.

Deck Equipment

  • Stainless steel pulpit, quarter pushpits, and stanchion posts with twin guard wires . Side opening gates port and starboard.
  • Electric anchor windlass with wired remote control.
  • 33kg Rocna anchor with 60m of calibrated 10mm chain.
  • 20kg Delta anchor, suitable for a kedge or spare main anchor.
  • Large bow locker with deck hatch and access stairs. There is also access to the chain locker via a Lewmar hatch inside this locker.
  • Upgraded GRP cockpit table with fridge and stainless steel grab rail, Teak folding leaves
  • Port and starboard shelf cockpit lockers.
  • Quick access storage to each side of companionway with hinged Perspex lids.
  • Locker to starboard on entering the companionway for quick access items.
  • Rope tidy lockers with Flexiteek topped GRP lids either side of the steering positions.
  • Under the helm seat to port is a shallow sink and mixer tap with pressurised hot and cold water. Under the starboard seat is access to the gas storage.
