Boat Overview

In perfect condition Campi 400 with a nice berth in Uitgeest! Own use and / or rental is possible. Rental goes through the marina, the Meerparel.

Owner's Investment

The owners have already invested a lot in this Campi 400. The electrical system is totally customized, boiler replaced, inverter replaced, etc.
Last Winter is refit done. Floor has been renewed and looks particularly nice and kitchen has been totally refurbished. June 22-24, 2026 new roofing will be done. Then the boat will be totally top notch!

Specifications

Warmly decorated Campi 400 with 2 bedrooms with 2 x double beds. She is from 2021 and very suitable for rental. She has been rented out for 4 years and has as special design 2 bedrooms with a (one of which is extendable) 2 bed (see pictures).

Berth Information

In consultation with the harbor master, the berth at the Meerparel in Uitgeest can be taken over. For own recreational use or for rental (by and through the Meerparel).

Pricing

The price is excluding VAT because a business buyer can still deduct the VAT. The price includes all options and furnishing of the boat.

Boat Features

• The boat has an electric water heater, (renewed in 2024) electric cooking and electric heaters.


• In 2022, the wooden stairs to the roof terrace were replaced with the renewed plastic stairs with wooden steps.


• The batteries were replaced with Gel batteries in 2024.


• On January 31, 2025, a new inverter was installed, Victoria Energy EasySolar-II GX inverter


• The 9.9 hp motors were removed from the boat immediately upon purchase and have always been stored. They were only used once for sailing from the crane to the berth. So still as good as new.

VAT Information

For vessels from 1985 and newer, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
