Wingspan is a fabulously luxurious 4 berth, 70’ x 12’ 3” cruiser stern widebeam built in 2019 and for sale on her fully transferable, residential mooring at Aquavista’s award winning Poplar Marina next to Canary Wharf.

Benefitting from a huge range of factory fitted options, she also features a remarkable upgrade…her bespoke, custom built, roof deck. This enormous outdoor space is simply transformational and offers spectacular, uninterrupted views of the marina and Canary Wharf. Deck furniture, barbeque and, of course, her jacuzzi, are included in the asking price. Furthermore, the deck is designed to be maintenance free thanks to the use of super stylish Tek-Dek composite flooring, galvanised steel and aluminium construction plus collapsible stainless steel stanchions so she can still pass through tunnels and beneath bridges.

Stepping onboard, Wingspan’s expansive rear deck, protected by it’s full height canopy, also features Tek-Dek and wrap around, cushioned seating. Despite her size, she is very much a fully navigable boat with wheel steering, bow thruster, upgraded 70HP Canaline diesel engine and the sensible option of a bow mounted camera which relays to a screen at the helm. Unusually for such a luxurious boat, Wingspan is fully equipped for extended cruising thanks to her generator, solar panels and Starlink Internet system.

She was also the subject of a successful full, out of water, marine survey in April 2025 and was professionally re-blacked in May 2025.

From the rear deck, factory fitted, integrated steps give easy access to the roof deck and twin doors lead below. Her open plan saloon and galley are exceptionally spacious and beautifully finished. Her galley features every convenience including dish washer, wine cooler, full size washer/dryer, full height integrated fridge/freezer, oven, grill, microwave and four burner hob with extractor above.

Heating is provided by a diesel fuelled central heating system with three column radiators throughout the boat and the saloon is also equipped with a diesel stove. Double glazed windows are equipped with yet another upgrade, both fly screens and black out blinds.

Two huge skylights allow natural light to flood into this beautiful living space and the saloon includes a large sofa bed, flat screen TV and even a workstation desk for home workers. Please note Wingspan is being sold fully furnished.

The starboard side corridor, whose portholes feature bespoke shutters for privacy, leads firstly to the second double bedroom which incorporates lots of built in storage and the clever feature of the radiator being integrated into the step up to the bed.

Further forward is the magnificent bathroom complete with full size, free standing, bath, large, walk in shower with great headroom, integrated basin/shelving and pump out toilet (it is worth noting that Wingspan doesn’t need to move to the marina pump out pontoon thanks to her extended hose). The bathroom also gives direct access to the “owners cabin”, or master bedroom, via the walk though wardrobe which features hanging space and storage on one side and a dressing table, illuminated mirror and further storage on the other.

The master bedroom features sockets and reading lights either side of the king-sized bed and a flat screen television. Like the rest of this special boat’s interior, this calm, relaxing, luxurious space is beautifully designed and finished.

Our London marinas are wonderfully located next to the Thames in vibrant areas of the capital and (if you decide not to take your boat into town!) offer amazing bicycle and public transport connections so all areas of the city are easily accessible.

• Bicycle - using London’s brilliant network of cycle routes, Shoreditch is less than 20 minutes away from Limehouse marina and even Westminster is less than a 30 minute cycle through the heart of the city and along the spectacular banks of the Thames. Boat owners at Poplar marina only need to add 5-10 minutes to these times.

• Tube - the Elizabeth Line transports boat owners at both marinas from Canary Wharf to Bond Street, in the heart of the West End, in just 15 minutes.

• DLR – for Limehouse boat owners, Limehouse station to Bank station is a 10 minute trip and for Poplar boat owners, Blackwall station to Bank station takes just 12-14 minutes.

• Boat (!) using Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, Canary Wharf to London Bridge is a 15 minute cruise…the ultimate way to arrive at work or start an evening out on the town!
