Boat Overview
"JR" is a 2004 Sea Force IX original 82' Enclosed Bridge with the B model layout. It features three staterooms and three heads forward, along with a three-berth crew area located below the galley, accessible from both the companionway and the engine room. The open salon facilitates easy traffic flow in all directions, including the galley. An island galley with a large countertop allows dining around the galley’s open bar and at the dinette to starboard. The salon also includes a small wet bar situated adjacent to the aft door and just under the staircase to the bridge.
Cockpit Features
The massive cockpit includes a mezzanine overlooking the cockpit. A large intermediate step in the stairway on each side serves as a small but functional boarding area, easing what can be an awkward and sometimes dangerous exercise on many sport fishermen. The cockpit is equipped with a tuna door, transom bait wells, in-deck fish boxes, and ample space for two chairs along with plenty of locker space.
Enclosed Bridge
The enclosed bridge offers an abundance of amenities and seating, including an L lounge with a table, a wet bar, and great views from the helm chairs and dual-facing companion seats. Outside, there is an aft-facing bench and a pod helm that provides a full view of the fishing action.
