Stylish ship of 24 meters without survey, which is used as a non sailing living ship at the Emmakade in Leeuwarden.

Inspection History

In August 2019 the ship was inspected on the slipway for insurance purposes. Flat report can be found in the ad. After the inspection the Lotus has been preserved by the yard 2 x with paint from International. Owner guarantees a good underwater ship. This year the ship goes on the slipway again for a new inspection. Inspection will be done when the ship is sold.

Location and Transitional Arrangement

The ship is located in area C and because it has been here for more than 20 years there is a special transitional arrangement. This means that the ship may remain where it is now if a new buyer presents itself. One time use can be made of this so-called transitional right. This arrangement is personal and applies once again for 1 time. A new owner may then no longer sell the ship on the basis of this arrangement. For him, the new regulation applies from 2022. The ship is rejected for Leeuwarden and must then disappear from the berth.

VAT Information

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
