Waterspace Living Greenwich 4 berth, 70’ x 12’ 3” cruiser stern widebeam built in 2025. Available with the option of a fully transferable, residential mooring at either of Aquavista’s award winning London Marinas at Limehouse and Poplar, next to Canary Wharf.

Huge specification as one would expect from the top-of-the-range Greenwich model by Waterspace Living. Never lived onboard as she has been used as a showboat from new.

The rear deck features power points, a large dinning table (or desk for homeworkers) and cushioned seating. This area is protected by a full height, collapsible, canopy ensuring the rear deck outdoor space is useable all year round.

Her open plan saloon and galley are wonderfully spacious and beautifully designed and the galley features every convenience including dish washer, wine cooler, full size washer/dryer, separate, integrated, fridge and freezer units, oven, grill, microwave and four burner hob with extractor above.

Heating is provided by a diesel fuelled central heating system with three column radiators throughout the boat in addition to an electric stove with flame effect. Double glazed windows are fitted throughout.

A large skylight allows natural light to flood into this stylish, contemporary living space and the exceptional specification also includes backlit flat screen TV’s in both the saloon and master bedroom.

The starboard side corridor leads past a small closet for coats, clothes and shoes to the second double bedroom complete with lots of built in storage and a vanity table/desk. Further forward is the large bathroom with electric underfloor heating, full size bath, walk in shower, integrated basin/shelving and pump out toilet.

Like the second bedroom, the master bedroom in the bow of the boat features sockets and reading lights either side of the king-sized bed plus a flat screen television. Large, mirrored, fitted wardrobes are located either side of the twin bow doors which lead directly from the bedroom to the bow deck which offers ample space for a folding table and chairs from which to enjoy the wonderful marina views.

Our London marinas are wonderfully located next to the Thames in vibrant areas of the capital and (if you decide not to take your boat into town!) offer amazing bicycle and public transport connections so all areas of the city are easily accessible.

• Bicycle - using London’s brilliant network of cycle routes, Shoreditch is less than 20 minutes away from Limehouse marina and even Westminster is less than a 30 minute cycle through the heart of the city and along the spectacular banks of the Thames. Boat owners at Poplar marina only need to add 5-10 minutes to these times.

• Tube - the Elizabeth Line transports boat owners at both marinas from Canary Wharf to Bond Street, in the heart of the West End, in just 15 minutes.

• DLR – for Limehouse boat owners, Limehouse station to Bank station is a 10 minute trip and for Poplar boat owners, Blackwall station to Bank station takes just 12-14 minutes.

• Boat (!) using Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, Canary Wharf to London Bridge is a 15 minute cruise…the ultimate way to arrive at work or start an evening out on the town!
