Item description

MG B Cabriolet (1975) – Classic roadster with authentic character

This MG B from June 30, 1975 is a charming classic with a distinctive presence. Professionally restored in the past, it now features a Bordeaux paint finish with visible signs of use. The paint has a noticeable texture and is of average cosmetic quality, giving the car a touch of authentic patina appreciated by enthusiasts.

It is powered by a 1.8-litre engine (1795 cc) paired with a manual gearbox. Mechanically in working order: engine, gearbox and clutch all function correctly. The engine bay shows signs of use but is technically sound.

The soft top is in good condition. The interior and carpeting show wear but remain tidy. The underside is original, solid, and in fair condition.

Points of attention:

  • Brakes require maintenance

  • Slight play in front suspension joints

  • Battery will need replacing soon

  • Tyres from 2010, should be replaced shortly

Advantages:

  • Attractive car with appealing looks

  • Heater, wipers, horn and dashboard all function correctly

This MG B is a great entry-level classic for those seeking a stylish British oldtimer.
