WE ARE PLEASED TO PRESENT THIS SUNSEEKER MANHATTAN 2022 MODEL.

Exchange of boat is possible!

The boat was delivered new to Norway in June 2022, and has had one owner since it was new.

- Ship registered
- Can be carried on a boat driver's license
- The boat is in indoor winter storage. The boat will be delivered to a new customer in spring 2024 by agreement.
- Delivered fully polished and ready for the new season.

Here you can secure an almost new boat, but which looks new.
The boat was launched in May 2022, and taken over by the customer in June 2022. After this, the boat has been well maintained, serviced at intervals and stored inside during the winter of 2023 and 2024.

The engines have only 185 hours, the generator has approx. 430 hours. Technically, the boat is in top condition, and interior-wise it is also in very nice condition!

The Sunseeker Manhattan 55 is one of the world's best-selling 55-footers. The model has received a lot of attention for its elegant design, its large volume and its modern solutions.

This boat has a raise/lower platform with a removable crib for a tender/jet ski. In connection with the bathing platform, this boat has the "beach club" concept of Sunseeker. This includes a fold-out grill and bench. On the starboard side, there is a built-in shower in the door to the storage room. A stylish concept for those who like being close to the sea.

Aft there is a door to the crew cabin. Here there is a bed, shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also space for storing various equipment.

On the aft deck there is a spacious U-shaped sofa group. Cushions upholstered in delicate beige Silvertex fabric.
Between the aft deck and saloon, it is possible to open the boat all the way up. This is done by opening the door, as well as electrically lowering the window in the galley. This solution ensures that the galley is the center of the boat. 

Galley and saloon are built with a combination of light and dark materials. Light ceiling and light walls, with dark wood make the decor appear exclusive and delicate. The galley has everything you need to prepare the best meal. Hob, fan, oven and dishwasher. There are 2 freezer/refrigerator drawers and a wine cooler in connection with the galley. Otherwise, it is good to have cupboards and drawer space for storage.

The lounge consists of 2 sofa seating areas. Comfortable sofas upholstered in a nice gray colour. Soft and comfortable carpet. On the starboard side, the TV is hidden in the wall behind the sofa. This is easily driven up and down with a remote control. The whole boat has a Sonos sound system with individual zones. This is easily operated from a mobile phone or from the integrated iPad on the dashboard.

From the driver's position you have a good view in all directions. Large window surfaces ensure a good view during sailing. The boat is equipped with a full Simrad navigation package. 2*chartplotters, VHF, radar and autopilot. Lights, pumps, A/C, tanks etc are easily operated from the screen on the dashboard.
Something important to highlight is the Seakeeper'n. If you haven't tried this before, you won't be disappointed! This ensures a stable boat both at speed and when the boat is stationary.

Down stairs there are 3 cabins and 2 bathrooms. 
All cabins have beautiful, luxurious and modern colours. Dark wood, light ceiling, gray carpet in combination with some colored details. This is a must see, you will not be disappointed!
There is a lot of storage space in the cabins. They appear spacious and the area is well utilised.

In the bow there is a seating area with a table. This can easily be converted into a sunbed if desired. Push the table down and put a cushion over it and you have a sunbed. Of course there is stereo here too.

Manhattan 55 has a very large and well utilized flybridge. Large seating area aft, Wetbar with grill, ice maker, sink and fridge. In front of the wetbar there is another seating area, this one in connection with the driver's position. 2 good chairs in the driver's position. Dashboard with 2*12" Simrad chart plotter, mobile phone holder with charging and a practical windscreen that can be easily pushed up and down. In front of the driver's position is the sunbed. Fantastic with a sunbed directly behind the windscreen, as you avoid the wind and noise of propeller water.
